When the site was launched in 2012, transitioning content from legacy websites – and making it simpler, clearer and compliant – was a massive task. We worked with our client to find the large number of specialists required, and supported candidates through a demanding recruitment process of written tests and interviews.
We successfully placed nine candidates within the transition team and other core content teams. Highly effective, all had their contracts extended, and some are still helping develop the government’s digital output. “Devonshire understood our requirements, and helped us find some really great people, who could slot into teams without too much hand holding,” said the client’s Product Content Lead. “As well as having the content design skills we expect, they often have to work in isolation, and this required a certain type of person.”
