It’s no secret that Gen Z are shaking up the workplace. In 2023, 17.1 million Gen Z employees entered the workplace, bringing new perspectives, approaches and values along with them. But with this new wave of employees also comes misconceptions. Business leaders need to make decisions and develop strategies to integrate the next generation without compromising on productivity or overstretching their budgets, but if much of the information they receive is speculative, how can they do this with confidence?
