Mind the (workplace) Gap: From Boomers to Zoomers – Part 2 – Attract, train and retain

Every organisation understands the wide-reaching cost of losing employees and the financial impact of recruiting new ones, so the reality that Gen Z will likely change jobs up to 10 times between the ages of 18 to 34 will be unwelcome news to employers. But with Gen Z growing up during both the financial crisis and Covid pandemic, it is perhaps little surprise that this generation has vastly different views on work, loyalty and the traditional ‘job for life’.
