Mind the (workplace) Gap: From Boomers to Zoomers – Part 5 – Interaction and adoption

Gen Z are the first generation to be truly digital natives. Born into the era of the internet and smart phones, it’s easy to assume that Gen Z have the answer to every technical question thrown at them. But in reality, inexperience means that Gen Z lack knowledge around workplace technology and, like every generation, need support, education and access. 


In part 5 of the report – Interaction and adoption – we will explore how the intergenerational workforce interacts with technology in the workplace and how the different skill sets and attitudes can become a big challenge employers need to overcome.
