Paragon Works named on Multifunctional Devices, GovPrint Hardware, Managed Print Provision and Digital Workflow Software Services framework

Paragon Works is thrilled to announce we have been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Multifunctional Devices, GovPrint Hardware, Managed Print Provision and Digital Workflow Software Services framework (RM6361) on Lot 5 – Print Consultancy Services.

As a supplier on this lot, we can advise and support buyers to make strategic change, improve process efficiency and create savings and cost control opportunities through a range of services such as:

•    Independent vendor neutral audits and consultancy services
•    Audits of existing devices to determine print volumes, future needs or new print strategy
•    Audits of print management process and services
•    Advice on software and digital workflow solutions
•    Developing competition documents, such as specifications and award criteria
