Winning the Talent Tug of War – Part 2 – Employers v. Job Seekers

Around 33% of UK employees say they expect to move jobs in the next 12 months. Based on current employment rates that means that more than 10 million people plan to hand in their notice sometime soon. But what exactly is causing this? Toxic work culture, bad leadership and pay dissatisfaction remain the top three reasons, steadily expanding the differences between job seekers’ and employers’ expectations.
