About the Role
Our client, a growing Marketing Automation Consulting firm, is looking for a Growth Marketer to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies and experimentation.
This role will focus on demand generation, campaign optimisation, analytics, and full-funnel growth initiatives, working closely with leadership and sales teams to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across channels including LinkedIn, email, SEO, and paid campaigns
• Build and optimise lead generation and nurturing campaigns
• Support thought leadership content, case studies, and sales enablement materials
• Track campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
• Partner closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and targeting
Requirements
• 3–6+ years’ experience within growth marketing, demand generation, or similar roles
• Proven experience generating leads and pipeline growth within B2B environments
• Background within SaaS, MarTech, technology, data, IT, or consulting sectors preferred
• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
• Comfortable working within fast-paced, agile environments
