Planet

We’ve set the ambitious target of being carbon neutral by 2035 by reducing the carbon emissions of our own operations, delivering sustainable and environmentally friendly products, and providing lifecycle carbon net zero options for all our products and services.

People

We’re committed to being an employer of choice in our industry and promote an environment where our people feel valued and have clear purpose. We are a living wage employer, value diversity, equality and inclusion in our workplace, and continue to expand our apprenticeship scheme and learning and development programmes.

Partners

As a partner to many successful organisations around the world, we understand the importance of maintaining supportive and respectful relationships with our own suppliers. We continue to assess (and increase) our spend with diverse suppliers, and make sure every decision strengthens these relationships. We’re proud members of WeConnect International and MSDUK.

Community

We actively contribute to the communities in which we live and work, and encourage our employees to get involved in the charities and good causes that are important to them. We support volunteering and fundraising activities, and match all funds our employees raise pound-for-pound.

It’s not about engaging in heroic, grand and publicised actions that will drive sustainable change for us and the future generations of our planet. As history teaches us, small and considered actions, when woven in the fabric of society and multiplied by millions, can transform the world and create meaningful impact.
